This album goes so hard and the Alice In Chains inspired harmonies found all over the place here are such a cool touch to the heavy ass progressive sludge.

I forgot how rad Voice of the Void was! I kinda overlooked it because I heard that one and Heart of Oak at the same time and just preferred the later. But daaaaamn it's a banger in it's own regard. Great bump my man!

Pretty amazing band, have carved out their own sound fairly distinctively. this probably isn't their strongest, fairly comparable to other earlier albums that had more novel sounds at the time - so were a lot more interesting. But they definitely still great musicianship, and they are putting the effort in, so will continue to be well regarded imo

Holy fuck the newly released title track rules!
Also very late reply: yes it was fantastic though a little short since it was a lower bill festival set. They played a horrendous venue sound-wise yet somehow still managed to sound insane and played flawlessly. Their sound engineer must've worked some black magic cause all the other bands of the day sounded like ass at this concrete basement venue.
