This one is in some ways more ambitious than the previous two, opting for a more diverse palette. Atmosphere is an overused term around these parts but god damn does this one satiate the senses. On the two earlier albums I like the Gorguts/Gojira comparisons, but here? Feels like they are honing in on something all their own.
