I can find some enjoyable things on here, but the cleans not only sound dumb most of the time, you also just know the guy won’t be able to reproduce them live, not even close. Same goes for the edited-to-shit drums. No one can play this cleanly at this speed and it sounds like crap, too. So what’s the point?
Worst offense though is there aren’t any great riffs.

I don't love this record, but I can't deny the guitars are cool. I don't totally disagree with the "riff" complaints, because as cool as the guitars are, they're not super cool in a riffy sense, more like they add a ton of atmosphere with some riffs here and there.
this could have been a really fun record, but the production and drums ruin it for me

I never got into this band before, but damn do I love this album. The clean vocals make it so much better IMO. I never thought I would be buying a Cattle Decapitation album, but I will definitely be picking this one up. Love the album artwork also.
