Why is there so much dead space between parts in Eskimo? Why not just make separate songs?

Cuz it was independently released in like 2003 and this was a common way to "hide" songs before like seeking on ur ipod even. Bright Eyes has a 45min song cuz of this I'm sure there's tons of empty space on other examples even Six Gallery does on their last track

Yeah the prolonged bonus track seemed to be a very early 2000's thing to do actually.



This one was just interesting to me because there are multiple songs stuffed in this one, not just a single track.

i sleep to this album all the damn time.

Me and an ex gf (who passed away shortly after she left me) used to listen to this album all the time many moons ago. There's just too much memories attached to this album for me not to love it and reminisce.
