lmao they do have short songs for the most part
|

It fits their gimmick really well. Can't imagine them having 4+ min songs on a regular basis.

and when they do, they have the bass distorted dirge sound of what's done on "Infierno"
|

I just watched the Admissions vid and the clown is playing a Fender Jaguar of some kind which is quite cool

the guitarist Nunez recently started his own rig line and going off by demos and THIS RECORD I wanna try his amps out
|

Ffs who doesn't some kind of signature line of guitars or amps or pickups these days
|

Listening right now. First two tracks already sounded much better than what i remember of 'Restarter'. Dig it.

easily. went back and listened to Restarter and i had to bump my rating down.

I loved Harmonicraft when it came out. Haven't jammed it in like forever, but got the LP in my shelf. Restarter just didn't do it all for me somehow. But should maybe revisit it because i only listened once or twice.

This is pretty cool, but quite boring at the same time. It's between a 3 and 3.5 for me

it's good to know these songs sound as devastating live as they do on here

I guess this is way more interesting live, I found this to not really sound that impactful tbh

it's repetitive in places, but this hits in all the right places for me.

That should be cool yeah. I did like this more on second listen, I got pretty bored the first time I heard this, but it the short length is pretty nice and the songs don't drag on forever

"check out their Kerrang K Pit show"

the rumbling bass tones live and in your face at a free show with all the usual miami scene lifers and friends has been some of my most satisfying moments of this years
barrier hammer and infierno are sludge sweetness

infierno is, like, the heaviest shit i've heard in a long time. The fact it translates live is a testament to the band, quite honestly.
