On the vocals (again), I've listened to so much in the genre that I've grown really tired of the gruff/screamed vocals of modern pop/punk that take themselves way too seriously. On this, they're just so over the top and silly that even in their softer moments you can't really take them seriously. That's what makes them so dang fun and lovable. It's such a great change of pace.

This is excellent. Didn't peg it as my kind of thing initially but Luc rec'd it to me so I finally gave it a proper listen and now I'm hooked. Easily a 4, will see where it goes over time.

That 4 is looking good! Once those hooks dig their claws into you there's no going back. I'm confident in saying, just below Southern Air, this is my pop/punk album of the decade.

Good album for it to lose to if it had to. Yeah I'm only 1.5 listens in but I'm sure it'll grow even more. The vocalist is endearingly grating.

Just listening to Troubled Minds' new EP, they are one of the bands touring with Prince Daddy atm, and it's pretty good. Worth checking out if you are into punk/emo revival.
