I actually prefer the vocals on the debut to this. Half of this album is OK, the other half good, IMO. The opener's pretty cool. Every time I "Uncomfortably Numb" comes up, though, I decide I'd rather listen to Floyd. Ended up binging TDSOTM, WYWH, & Animals the other day right after listening to that track.

This definitely feels a bit too glossy for its own good but it's scratching the dream pop itch nicely enough I guess. They certainly spent a lot of time listening to Slowdive's comeback album.
