Find it quite funny how Liam's arena tour sold out in seconds and Noel's still has every section available to buy a week later.

Liam is playing old oasis tracks and his new stuff stylistically is the same, so I can see why his shows would be more appealing to the fans.
Noel's new stuff we've only heard a snippet of, and it's a fair departure from his older stuff (which in no means is a bad thing). Noel is doing what he wants and I don't think he gives two shits about how his sales are.

I loved Chasing Yesterday, specifically that last track
wasn't like anything I'd heard him do before, almost Tears-for-Fearsy in its instrumentation + vocal melodies

You're probably right he probably doesn't much care anymore, he's got enough money, it's just the whole Noel vs. Liam thing the press always push and they always always make Liam to look a dick and Noel like some sort of saint. Shows the Oasis fans have a different perspective on it even with all that shoved down their throats.
I for one enjoy both and will go and see both.

yeah totally agree with you Beauers. to be fair they're both huge dicks in their own ways, but if they're both putting out quality tunes who cares. Hoping Noel comes down under soon also, will be interesting to see how the new tunes go live.

Right so DM was MADE FROM PASSION AND HOW OASIS REALLY WANTED TO DO THINGS. Okay Morning Glory had the headlines Morning Glory was made for the public casual consumer and it succeeded in EVERY WAY. however the far superior album was forgotten about . Wont say to much just listen how much better this is compared to Morning Glory Its very similar to my feeling about smashing pumpkins - Gish the first album wiped out siamese dream but i know again Siamese dream was made for the masses and absolutely nessesary to get into the pumpkins,, I just prefer that rawness rather than the manufactured songs from morning glory and Siamese dream ,its all opinions but this album is a perfect 5.0 IMO
