They may have deteriorated in terms of his ability to keep it up live for the entire gig, show after show, but that has nothing to do with his ability to perform in a studio controlled environment. This and the Satanist have easily the best vocals on a Behemoth record, and the vocals aren't any more high in the mix than in any of their previous records.
