yeah I'd say purity ring is the closest you'll get. to some extent the latest pvris as well, though that's definitely a lot darker

Pvris is less synthpop and more 'goth rock with some synth' but it goes pretty hard

I was gonna write "if only they didn't love their wordy choruses so much" then I realized so many songs here have very un-wordy choruses ("Get Out," "Forever," etc)

yeah i work out at random times. they don't come on every time, but hearing them once, her voice is so grating, and it doesn't fit the mood of working out at all. most radio music sucks to me but this band is just too much
