After 3 or 4 listens, I... ugh, could not tolerate it anymore and now have nothing but hate and contempt for this album.
Thankfully, Paul Barker is in good terms with Al now and Al have indicated they are working together again for another album and hopefully a GOOD one.
This album is trash. Worst Ministry album. Worse than Relapse and From Beer To Eternity. SAD!

The samples alone make this borderline unlistenable

The last 3 albums were so fucking horrendous, they should have stayed gone after Last Sucker.

Unfortunately this is totally true and the worst part of this record... In order to properly spin it you'd need to strip off the painfully long, annoying and unnecessary samples. I really enjoy some parts of this album though, which is when you can hear some music actually.

Yeah, musically this is far better than the last 2 records but the constant Trump soundbites completely ruin anything good this had going for it.

Saw them live a couple of days ago and they played this album in its entirety. It sounded better, it was punchier and noisier.

I only caught the last 2-3 songs from their set, they were cool. Unfortunately, the sound wasn't the best or they didn't have enough time to fine tune it? It was a bit low in volume and muddy.
Ministry sounded like a brick wall during the AmeriKKKant set and even noisier during the classic tunes set. I think Al might have overdubbed vocals because he sounds perfect at all times, still, it was awesome overall.

Only two songs in so far but this can't be anymore ham-fisted than their Bush trilogy can it? This isn't that bad so far actually, maybe the later songs are dogshit or something
Edit: Okay "Antifa" is pretty bad

A bunch of libtards trying to sound edgy. And that result is catastrophic. One of the worst albums I've ever listened to. The lyrics look like they were written by a 12-year-old.

Yes but musically it’s not the worst tbh
Wargasm is Killing Joke with too many samples
We’re Tired of It is Fear Factory with too many samples
Etc

sounds like Al is adamant that the release after hopeum will be their last. Not a fan of anything since the 00s save for a few songs off of From Beer to Eternity, but I will catch any live show that comes my way of theirs.
Apparently it's widely believed that Paul Barker was a huge driving creative force in the band and that's why their music has been.. lack-luster over the past decade or two, but if they do reconnect for one more album before they split for good like Al keeps hinting at then maybe their final release will be swell. We'll see, though
