USA is probably the best track he's ever written, love the random morphing into dream pop and its so goddamn catchy
TV Stars is also fucking amazing, more than a few Elton John/ELO vibes there

I actually prefer the first half of "USA". It's a decent track, but it has no business being 7+ minutes imo. The transition @2:13 is admittedly cool, but it starts to overstay it's welcome for me beyond the 3 minute mark.
"Yr Throat" and "All This Useless Energy" are my favorites. Those two tracks are perfect.
