Your memory serves its purpose of exaggerating your importance and impactfulness well but its just more cognitive dissonance

I dont think you should kill yourself btw but I dont blame people that you harass for feeling that way so I cant blame my past self for that either really

I've had my fair share of "kill yourselves" leveled at me

I'll add "I thought this was Venetian snares" to the list next to "I thought this was stimming" I guess

"microhouse is also pretty terrible but that's moreso because it's the "DUDE WEEEEEEEED" of electronic along with minimal and ambient tech"

Fair compromise

I dont like aphex much so I wont argue

And I wouldnt have the site any other way than to have your signature hateful venom leveled at everything for good measure as long as you know what ur talking about

I just have to call it when I think ur trippin

Really? Just seeing its among his most popular tracks on spotify too...

I dont like it much at all tbh. I think THE HANG in electronic tracks caught on and was novel for a bit but has been overused to the point of sounding gimmicky by now. It doesnt help for me that the instrument has a bit of an inherently melancholy aesthetic to it, and we all know how I feel about twinkly melancholy... but yeah every time I hear a hang drum these days I get immediately offput

There are some tracks on the new one that are up there tbh and honestly Anna Painting might beat out Pinnacles and Locked in time here

i think it's one of his strongest for sure, it's one of the best end of the night closers i've heard in a dj set. perfectly portrays that feeling after a good night out when you're making your way home with everyone and just enjoying themoment, maybe get some food or something. idk the sentimental vibe is just really my style anyway, same as moth with burial and a lot of the there is love in you stuff

agreed with anna painting being fantastic, it's a very midnight-1am track for me, which always rules
