I liked it, somewhere between a 3 and a 3.5 for me. While it is nowhere near the level of RATM (it is more like RATM-very lite), it is nice to finally hear Morello and Co. do their thing again. Honestly, they released nothing interesting (Street Sweeper Social Club, anyone? Or maybe The Nightwatchman? Wakrat?) following the Audioslave demise (yes, I love Audioslave too). Still, it's true that the vocals are the weakest part here, these 3 MCs cannot compare to one de la Rocha in terms of emotional delivery. They sound like they're sleepwalking sometimes.

Oh, and nice review, Gonzo.

I'm really tired of hearing Morello's shticks over and over again. And all the songs on this one sound the same, like really one giant track. Jesus...

i keep thinking about a restaurant where Rocha works as a waiter, and some old lady asks for the lemon chicken, and Rocha starts leaping around the room, screaming 'Fuck you I won't do what you tell me!'

I doubt it. This seems to be the only place where it's disliked. haha Heard they do a great live show too, but I'll just take their word for it.

They were decent at Download this summer, but the only bits of it that were really good were the RATM bits, and it seemed that was all people were there for. The cover for Like a Stone hit me in the feels a bit too hard though :'(

They'll be around for ages and ages because they're on a cash grab, and they'll get at least 6 or 7 years until their appeal is exhausted and they all fuck off again.
