Much After Feeling sounds very similar to Good Nature. Funny Jay, my problem with it is that it doesn't sound hazy enough to me. The things I love about PV are still missing in these two tracks. I wish they would go back to more organic instrumentals instead of the "beach vibes" they still seem to be doing

It's like the middle child of Good Nature and PV. Kind of agree butt, but I still dug these new tracks quite a bit. I didn't think they were ever gonna reach the heights of PV again. Now that Austin is a beach bum living in Cali it only makes sense they are going in this direction.

i know it's obviously what they're going for, but the lack of energy in their music nowadays is pretty frustrating. like someone else sad, it's not bad, but this shoegaze/dream pop stuff holds 0 replay value for me

I think my biggest problem is that Dan's melodies just aren't memorable here. I miss moments like the chorus of Take My Head and I Would Hate You if I Could. His singing feels lazy to me

Plant Sugar kinda bothers me. I like the song but the lyrics in the chorus should be "underneath the sequioa and pine let them plant sugar in my mind" instead of head. Why does he say head i n stead of mind? That sounds like the nitpickiest thing ever, but fuck that hook had so much potential.
