When I had an account in RYM I'd just go some random user's ratings and listen to any of the last albums they listened to or one of their 5s. I still do it sometimes but not as often because I don't have an account anymore.

I dunno if anyone uses it, but I've been using bandcamp tagplayer for a while and it's great for finding newer bands. As long as the artist tags their stuff properly

I've wanting to use bandcamp to find some random stuff but so far I just haven't done it.
And yeah, I "spy" some people (by some people I mean literally everyone) here as well, but I don't listen to the stuff they've listened to as often as I did in RYM for some reason.

Yeah, absolutely. I do gravitate towards RYM just cuz jazz players tend to be in the credits and you can access their page which leads to a plethora of albums they’re on. It’s the dream tbh
