I've listened to both this and Yeezus a fuck ton, can confidently say this isn't really inspired by Yeezus. Watched a Vince interview a couple weeks ago where Vince says he mostly listens to house/electronic music on his own time, and hardly ever listens to hip hop. He pretty much wanted to combine the two just because that's what he likes. Also nothing on here sounds anything like anything on Yeezus

he really likes Kanye but yea this obviously sounds like he put together house, techno, and west-coast hip-hop sounds together (and pretty well I may add). nothing mindblowing since hip-hop/electronic fusions were done fairly often during the '90s.

Also Vince is so transparent that if Yeezus inspired his vision in regards to what this album would be, he would have just flat out said it

they deleted my comment, woah... not cool.

As for the album, it's aight... some pretty neat tracks but overall i feel the production gets too grating at times, maybe after a second listen it won't be as harsh to the ears as it was the first time.
