this was fucking great. kind of a blind listen, first two tracks were not what i expected. took a bit to warm up. i love the singing on here, really soulful. he honestly sounds a bit like james hetfield to me when he's pushing haha. but i love the builds, so many epic moments and haunting melodies. i love how triumphant it sounds. plus some nice crushing riffs. i also usually hate folky stuff in metal but this was pretty subtle and worked really well. song of the tomb and coffin ships jumped out on first listen, def need a bunch more.
