treb im a guitar player (10 years i guess) and this album still sucks

the guitar arrangements and drumming (and only sometimes) are the only positive qualities to this record imo, aside from 1 or 2 good songs. so much bad all over this from a songwriting perspective. anybody who thinks this is remotely close to the quality of lp1 or even one of kinsella's better releases is a real idiot

yeah I saw him live with Athom and Lucid, I was in awe. Watching him tune his guitar between each song was like magic

Some girl next to me between songs remarked that they all sounded the same and I wanted to fight her so bad

didnt all sound the same but like with some of the songs i just cannot stand his lyrics. he is so much better at arranging instrumentals and playing riffs than writing lyrics and vocal melodies imo

This was musically pleasant, if not a bit repetitive. The vocals and lyrics however, make this one of the most tedious listens of the year. What a letdown.
