I think the first five songs of this record are pretty good, "foreign cab rides" and "Reluctantly dead" kind of leave me brain dead. I get it, it's vulnerable lyrics, but idk. the back half is a bit weird. "Another Offensive Song" i feel is not that forced, especially after what tragedies just happened in Orlando.
Meh, i like the catchy choruses of those first five songs though. Butler is pretty.

disappointment is real. band is still fun live for FH/TBB songs though.

Sorry but how is this album and band post-hardcore in even the slightest?

i can't help but feel embarrassed at the end of another offensive song, especially when he says "speak words that scare you" like reviewers aren't totally fawning over these lazy, edgelord lyrics. idk how to say it better but that line is pretty cringey for me.

Love the lyrics on the first two records but this is mostly preachy bullshit and inane cliches. Can't tell if that's more offensive than the gutless songwriting or not...
