found it a couple years ago in a sale bin in Arcata, CA for $.50 it's honestly such a good fucking read: short, fun, easy, suuuuuper adventurous. I was transitioning into a tough semester and it was nice to feel like a kid again.

The film is also quite enjoyable, especially the beginning with the mythological figures. The vocalist wrote a book in the same vein as Watership Down as well, but much more intricate and adult in it's storyline and presentation

I still haven't seen the movie, but I heard it was a mindfuck. Alex CF is a lyrical fucking genius, man; guy can take stories that mean something to him and turn them into such grandiose and imaginative pieces of work you forget they almost aren't his. read into his work with Light Bearer if you haven't already. up-to-par with this, but (imo) the story is better done.
