Well I've never listened to com truise, to be perfectly honest.

Com Truise isn't strictly synthwave/retrowave so I think he has broader appeal. Plus, like Perturbator he has a pretty busy touring schedule, unlike most synthwave groups, so he also probably has a fanbase that was built organically the old-fashioned way.

This is a great album. Their second was not as strong but still looking forward to a new album.
