Attila can be fun stupid deathcore if you're into that, obviously not the most accomplished musicians but they're good for a laugh

Attila makes great partycore music, Fronz is a talented harsh vocalist, and the instrumentals are just bouncy and hit just hard enough to get mindlessly drunk or mosh to. Production's usually good too.

I basically dig Outlawed and anything after Outlawed, not really a fan of their earlier work.

Fronzilla though is... eh

Outlawed sucked soooo hard. I liked the beginning of Payback and a couple other songs for the most part, but really other than that, they swept what made them good (or at least fun) under the rug in favor of hot topic t-shirts, rebelious teens and a very weak attempt at shock appeal.

I feel 30... wait, I guess I'm almost 30 now. Maybe this makes sense.

"Shock appeal"

I disagree, they really didn't change much lyrically and weren't trying to be shocking in the slightest. They tightened their musicianship and Fronz was best at his screaming technique on Outlawed.

I mean, I'm 23 so I'm not TOO far behind lol

Hmm. Maybe it was just marketed harder, I don't know. Starting a breakdown with a gang chant of, 'SMOKE A BLUNT' just seemed way more relatable than saying, 'SUCK MY FUCK.'
Idk.

The lyrical content is still about gettin' drunk and smokin' blunts

There's just an added tinge of aggression that I think might be throwing you off a bit in terms of the tone of the album

When, I saw them tour on soundtrack to a party, with rage a few months in the future, alomgside agatg and see you next tuesday, I was probably 22 and it was awesome. Still stands as one of my favorite shows ever.

Sadly they're terrible live now. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xnufe04GQwU

(Song starts at 2:05)

Fronz can't scream live anymore.

'There's just an added tinge of aggression that I think might be throwing you off a bit in terms of the tone of the album'
"My gun, in your mouth. Or my fist, in your face," was aggressive enough for me.

As much as I don't care for them anymore, that sucks. Because Fronz had a great range back in the day and could perform it perfectly.

About That Life is a joke. I don't know if I've ever given a 1 here, but that album is the epitome of awful or poor or whatever title a 1 has here. Total forced fuckboy shit made for high school kids by adults.

About That Life is noticeably simplified to a fault, but it's still fun.

I didn't have fun. I remember they released the first single with a video and it was everything I expected, in the worst way possible.

Not even a farce, or funny. Just embarrassing.
