Well, it's their most interpretable cover. Opeth are the new fruits growing on Satan's prog tree.

BWP and MAYH have the best artworks imo. Morningrise is up there too
art for MAYH would look a lot better without the logo tho

Ghost Reveries is definitely my favorite artwork of theirs, MAYH and MR would probably be next best.

Still Life #1 for me, then either BWP or Morningrise. This is good too.

Favorite artwork would be a tie between Morningrise and Blackwater Park I think.

Blackwater Park is pretty sweet.

Idk, there was something so much more endearing about the soft parts in their older work. They went with the music and were so damn catchy. This just doesn't have that same effect on me. Maybe it is because it is missing the brutality of Mikael's amazing growls, but I'm starting to think that maybe he has lost his ability to make catchy and nice singing parts. Watershed is similar in the fact that it had no singing that actually grabbed me and said " Hey! Fucking listen to this part!" like their older stuff. I miss the old Opeth.
