breaking up? what kind of a decision is this? I guess, after creating such a huge album, if the sales are not good, the band must be drained... Bummer, ideed.

Great album, really love it, but the music is often like a soundtrack adn centered around Jim's vocals. And while it works it's tiring for the duration of 2 hours. Still great songs in their own right

So, I've been digging this album immensely lately. Spin it more than new CH.

It grew on me a lot and then I wore off a bit. Most of the songs are just too vocal centered. While they work well in their own right it becomes tiring as a whole (and I'm talking about listening to both discs in their own, not bith of them front to back).
Like Keeping Stone: Sound on Fire starts out awesome, but should have endet earlier imo. The outro is nice, I'm talking about the last bits of the main part.
Hunter Heart and Home should have been more to the point as well imo. It drags.
But! The other songs have this slow burning charme. Much of this is stellar

Yes, I haven't been listening to this one intensely over the past five years, but it's been at the back of my head and now it resurfaced triumphant (or rised radiant if you will)
I don't mind that it's vocal centered, as I really appreciate bands that can pull this kind of prog off (like Rishloo, Votum, Mother of Millions etc.)

First time listening and I genuinely thought 'Learned' was 4 different songs when I was zoned-out listening to this record. What a monolith of a song.
