my argument is that it's because his voice mixes with the music so well. idk if it's the tone of the guitars or what. it just sorta always felt like a natural thing. like i can't imagine this band with any other singer, whereas I don't get that same feeling with many, if any, other bands

@dun my argument is that while he may not have technically the best voice he is ONE OF if not THE most passionate singer I've ever heard and the emotion he puts into his performances is fucking ridiculous

@mongi but he's so dreamyyyyyyyyy

on a side note. when i got to see them last new year's they did this awesome balloon thing where they released these MASSIVE balloons while they were still performing. it was the coolest thing to see the band play live and dodge these MASSIVE balls lololol

That's why I said "if not the MOST" because it's a maybe not a definite, he is for sure up there

I'm still kicking myself for missing them a couple years back with Coheed at a great venue, I will see them before I die if it kills me (oh the ironing)

Were they like, On Letting Go-colour balloons? Cos that would've been amazing

they were, actually. i'm not exaggerating when I say "massive"

the crowd was continually pushing the balls towards the band and Green would always be punching the balls while singing. it was pretty cool man

Andrew Mailloux(seriously, the guy has some much energy and passion it's insane)

Garm

Chino Moreno

Jonsi

Jesse Hasek

Maynard(ok I wouldn't exactly call him "passionate," but still one of my favorites.

Garm hard dude is fucking brilliant although again maybe not one of the most passionate

Chino and Jonsi are sweet choices

Where is Gilmour though tbh imo

Ehh Gilmour is good but nothing mind blowing honestly. All about the music and lyrics with Floyd for me. But yes man Garm is soooo good.

Thought this would be progressive metal judging on the cover and band/album name.
