Also, Everything Disappearing is maybe SOTY for me, and there's some hot competition for that, but the second half of it is absolutely incredible. Definitely recommend a re-whirl

2013 was definitely an amazing year for music, like holy shit.

Also, I just watched Snowpiercer. Intense.

I need to watch Snowpiercer. Been putting off watching that one for a while and now it's on Netflix so I really should watch it.

Just watched Days of Future Past and Silver Linings Playbook, both of which I've been putting off a while, and both of them were amazing holy shit.

And vocals on Holy Vacants clicked with me like second song into the album lol. I don't think an album's ever grown on me so hard and pretty much stayed the same rating five listens later like that album has. Speaking of which I should listen to this album again....

Enemy is pretty much a two-hour visual interpretation of "wut"

Gyllenhaal has been on a streak of great movies lately

Enemy is great and leaves a lot of room for interpretation. Agreeing that Gyllenhaal has been on a roll the past few years with his choices.

He is the anti-Nicholas Cage.

Nic Cage is great too, but he got fucked by not paying his taxes and decided to take every role given to him. He has plenty of amazing films though.

That last ten seconds left me with a "what in the fuck?" expression and I kept thinking about the movie for days and then I realized it was brilliant

"Also, I just watched Snowpiercer. Intense."

Im about half way through that. Started it but had to stop right around when they took that super bitchy, condescending lady hostage. It was really good of what I saw so far.

I think the ending sort of falters but it was still a really enjoyable film that I'd give about an 8
