It's just one of my tattoo artist's drawing of a dude getting zapped by a UFO lol.

Chris Brown, eh? How is his new one? Pop is cool, haven't delved into it this year like past years though. I still need to check Self Defense Family.

After letting this album digest for a while here are my thoughts. I feel like they have yet to perfect their new sound yet, but they will and the new direction is awesome. Repine and Late Lives are two of the best songs they've ever written. A couple of tracks like Traces and The Queen don't go anywhere and feel kind of pointless. I feel like they still have yet to create their masterpiece, but overall this is a great album. Can't wait to catch the Baltimore release show.

I quite enjoyed this, but I haven't heard any of their past releases except for their Split EP. I'll have to listen to their first works.

Pianos absolutely killed it in Baltimore last night. Their drummer is a beast.

I liked Old Pride a lot more than this release but honestly it's not a serious drop in quality. The intensity is still there, but I do think it's less memorable without the screaming.

this has about as much balls as a Death Cab for Cutie album but without the cuteness that makes Death Cab for Cutie somewhat endearing paired with the fact that you have some sort of nostalgia for them because your high school girlfriend liked them once

in other words its not good and there is nothing there to rationalize how its not good.

Taken by itself and without their back catalogue, I'm beginning to enjoy this. I just want Kyle to start screaming "EXPLAIN TO ME" every song.
