the main reason newer Spongebob episodes sucked is because Nickelodean replaced the entire creative team with a bunch of inexperienced newbies, the new movie has 2 of the original writers so I'm actually quite hopeful

Yeah, I mean new spongebob will never be near any level of anything good (aside from a few episodes here and there) but I feel like the movie shows some promise.

Ill probably be left disappointed though.

Spongebob was a big part of my childhood as well (it came out when I was 6 or 7, I don't remember), and I watched it for years, but I don't like giving ironic 5's to shitty music, even though this is meant to be shitty.

The new movie looks really, really stupid, even by Spongebob standards. I'll probably end up seeing it with my sisters whom are still at the age where they can enjoy new Spongebob stuff.

Simple Plan was one of the hardest 1's i have ever given and yeah both emmure and king 810 take themselves seriously therefore making the music just terrible

But for something that isn't taking itself seriously It really needed to develop itself more. I would easily give this a higher score if it wasn't for the fact the yelling sound bits are the only things enjoyable about it.
