I swear there wasn't a 2 when I jumped to this review about an hour ago (this is how long this album pretty much is) so that's odd.
Yeah I'm about five minutes into pt 5 and I have to say this one of the few consistently good albums I've heard all year.

Yo Amphoteric, and anybody else who digs Musk Ox for that matter, you should definitely check The
Night Watch. It's a progressive metal/folk band by the same folks in Musk Ox but is totally different,
and brilliant as hell. Not quite as good as Woodfall but check anyway. Gonna have a review for out for
this at some point as well.

I think what impresses me the most about this album is that even though its almost an hour in length there isn't a single track I have the urge to skip.

Tbh I enjoyed The Night Watch even more than this one haha. However, this has to do with the fact that it reminds me a lot of the 90s doom movement which I love. This is still in my top albums from this year though.
