I've seen em about three times now - the first two times they blew me away. This time was different - I dunno, yeah they seemed burnt out.

Seeds Of Gold is orgasmically good and quite possibly their best song.

Seeds has a terrific chorus, but the rest doesn't really hold up. That chorus is really good though.
And again that artwork is absolutely killer
But once you were

The last two minutes of Happy Days is still one of the most satisfying conclusions to a song in recent memory.

For those who are on the fence or say they don't like it, you just have to open your mind. I didn't like this at first glance but now that I have listened to it quite a few times I believe it is an incredible album that deserves a 5 for sure. Closure in Moscow stepped put of their comfort zone and composed an album that is absolutely mind blowing with almost every genre you can think of wrapped in it. Hats off to this band.

Saw them a couple days ago in Milan and it was mind blowing. A lot of improv-ish stuff thrown in along the way. I initially thought most of the songs off this album wouldn't translate to a good live performance but I was wrong. Believe it or not, seeing Pink Lemonade (the song) played live is absolutely incredible. It's something you need to see to believe.
Album rules, band rules.

Sucks that their stuff was stollen about a week ago, including a hard drive containing some demos for album 3. Plus their flee out of Paris during the attacks.
Wonder if that will manifest into new songs somehow...

Going against what many people in the comments are saying, I truly think this album is a masterpiece. The band is so tight, and the vocals are out of this world. From jazzy grooves in odd time signatures to the catchiest rock riffs to an AMAZING ballad in 5/4, this band masterfully executes their finest work to date. Though I can understand how the style can take some getting used to, and a large percentage of the people I've shown songs off this record to could not dig it, if you have the acquired taste for this style of music then you will really love it. Favorite tracks have to be Pink Lemonade, Dinosaur Boss Battle, That Brahmatron Song, Mauerbauertraurigkeit, and The Church of the Technochrist. My least favorite, though it is still a great track, would be Beckon Fire. Highly recommend this album, but again, it's not for everyone.

This is an album that the listener can think deeply about if they want, or can simply jam out to. Also bumping to a 5 for the amount of work and attention to detail they put into this.
Really looking forward to their next.
