This sounds like haunted shores to me so it's not bland or mediocre lol

...except that the Haunted Shores vocal lines were actually, you know, interesting. Come to think of it, so was the guitar playing. Interval dumbed down the music because of the vocals, and it was a bit of a waste.

There's still some great guitar work on here tho

Still lamenting the fact they lost their vocalist. This was the most fun release of last year IMO.

Edit: Found this comment exceedingly negative a year after I made it. Lots I like about this one now.

new song is fucking great, they went back to being instrumental and wow, rly good. better than anything these guys, chon or scale the summit has done recently.

agreed. i always forget about this album then come back to it for a month or two and jam the hell out of it. vocal lines are catchy as hell and done better than a lot of stuff in this general scene/genre imo.

Yea this album owns, vocal lines catchy as hell [2]
I really do think they'd have been better off with a vocalist

yeah i've listened to their newer stuff and it's good to great but kinda forgettable. or maybe i just don't pay attention to it as much.

I feel the opposite for Night Verses, I prefer them without a vocalist lol. It allows the instrumentals to really shine

Damn, I never knew this album had the vocalist from The HAARP Machine on it. I'll have to check this asap.

They should gone the David Maxim Micic Destiny Potato/Sordid Pink route, in the sense that keep one with vocals, and leave the instrumental projects to a solo act. So The Shape of Colour the artist name "Aaron Marshall", and kept Intervals with vocals.
