How much does this sound like The Wonder Years? Both bands are tagged as pop punk but I like few bands with that tag so I'm wondering if I'd like this. Gonna listen later regardless but I'd like to know what I'm in for.

nah i don't think it sounds too much like the wonder years but it's better than TWY so definitely check it out. I think they sound pretty similar to piebald vocally if you've heard them, but it's not just pop-punk, it has emo/hardcore influences as well.
I'll try to add some more descriptions to give the reader a better idea of the band's sound

this is quite a bit more "mature" thematically than IARB imo and it's not really pop punk enough for me to get that "i'm too old for this" feeling, not to imply any inherent immaturity in pop punk as a genre although ya that's exactly what i did fu
