Yeah the first two are extremely average tbh. I don't think anything reaches the heights of Smile from this release. Smile is an easy 5/5 tho

Yeah I think I was impressed only by the crazy one. Too minimalistic for his talent

Yeah I kinda feel like David Maxim Micic doesn't really want to go the ridiculous off the wall sound Devin Townsend occasionally goes despite the fact that he'd be insanely good at it so it kinda comes off a little bit restrained and a little too much like your average djent despite the fact how huge and insane it is.

'Where is now' is just endlessly inspiring

Smile and Daydreamers are my favourites. Djelmas' vocal performance on Smile is one of the most intense I have ever heard.

Does she ever go that hard in any of her other stuff? I've been sort of following her solo stuff but Destiny Potato's name has always put me off

She does do a little bit of the variations in Destiny Potato, but nothing as all-out aggressive as Smile. Potato is more focused on the hooky pop-metal and her solo album (or what I've heard of it) is straight up pop.

Yo is destiny potato any good? I like pop metal (eg. Devy, David, torche etc) but it is easy to screw up and generally either sounds amazing or like absolute garbage

Uh oh one of their 'similar artists' is breathe carolina

The album has some highs and lows. But Micic is customarily superlative and Djelmas does some good vocal stuff but nothing as compelling as Smile, I think.
This is one of my favourites off the album: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uW-4R_sfIDA

"The Machine" is basically a Devin Townsend song though.

Holy crap yeah, 'Machine' sounds like it's straight off 'Ghost'. Sounds a bit much like 'Fly' tbh, but I really enjoyed it!
'Blue Sun' was good but it all sounds a bit overproduced to me

DP lyrics weren't that inspiring but they touched a whole new level on that Djelmash EP, wow. So bad
