i don't think the existence of things like far side virtual and macintosh plus attributed to the cleansing of replica's hazy and vintage sounds for the exceedingly modern sounds here. its a reaction to his own creation, his own head space funneled through modernity and the abstract.

Listening to this for the first time. Honestly, I was expecting more from this but Americans and Zebra (the song I'm at now) are pretty great. He/She wasn't all that pleasant, tho.

Finishing this now, I liked it but it sounds shallow and pretty much bland at points. And the short tracks could actually go somewhere I'd want them to go and instead they just fade out or end...

i didnt really warm up to this one until a good while after i first heard it so i wouldnt say thats all that unique of a problem
