Slave is so fucking fun

i usually get burnt out on counterparts album like a month after they come out but i still listen to this a lot. debris, soil, witness all fucking slaaay

Yeah I need to listen to this more. Debris probs has my favorite chorus, I also really dig when those leads come in on Ghost (think that's the right track)

at the end of debris when he's all "i know..... that.... i'm not worth it.... I'M NOT WORTH IIIITT" it gets me every time

The Outlier/Wither/Cursed combo is definitely what keeps me coming back to this album. The leads in Cursed especially.

Slave is the worst song on this album. It really just doesn't fit at all. Not a bad song in its own right, really fun and to-the-point for sure, but doesn't add anything to the album as a whole. It rips through and then it's over.

Hmmm well I get that I guess cause most of the other songs have more substance cause it sounds like they did a fast, loud,

heavy song just for the sake of it but I don't think that means it's inherently bad (comparatively speaking as well) but oh

Yeah I hear ya on that. I just sort of realized how good Brendan sounds on this album as well. He's really honed in on his vocal technique.
