Alright, thanks. I will look into the specific ones you mentioned, and maybe pay more attention to Tv soundtracks; the only one I own is for the first season of Dexter. I have quite a few movie/video game soundtracks, but most of them are orchestral based.

haha good choice, it's my fav. i actually think the ffix piano collections is a lot inferior to the soundtrack as a whole. i enjoy it by virtue of it being related to ffix. e.g. the you're not alone piano rendition has a huge stylistic disconnect with the melody. it's too bouncy, you'll see what i mean.



and i actually don't know about tv and piano music, too much tv i watch is anime for me to say anything about western television. but try listening to piano covers of, say, the main melody of castle in the sky. it's a really pretty theme. or maybe listen to piano covers of, say, unwinding cable car (there's a nice one on youtube i listen to on occasion)
