My point is that there is good mcore and bad mcore and even if good bands like the ones you mentioned exist by somebody saying a shitty band is metalcore it doesn't mean that they're oblivious to the existence of johnny truant, it just means that black veil brides happens to embody a general (broad) sound that metalcore encompasses.
And just like in every other genre, there are some really good bands and some really shitty ones too, but it doesn't mean that the really bad ones aren't of that genre.

Most of these bands are stupid enough to consider themselves post-hardcore which is even worst instead of metalcore, they don't encompass the sound of metalcore, AILD and ATR don't count, they're just melodic deathmetal with breakdowns, they should be excluded. Also, I didn't want to argue I just wanted this GnarlyChilie to stfu.
