Killing in the name owns.... Tom Morello's effect-driven playing really suits the overall sound.

Great album, i prefer battle of los angeles by far though, theres more to it. after listening to that battle 4 los angeles this album seems a bit simple.

I personally never liked Zak's vocals or Morello's solos. I respect Morello for writing some really kick ass riffs and i also respect him for being unique in writing weird solos. Ive heard most of the songs from this album...but most of the time i have to turn them off because of Zak De la rocha's vocals.

I wish Morello would write some more riffs like these.

I have heard one, it was decent.

Tom says it's 'kickass riff rock'. That should be enough right there.

Yeah, Freedom kicks, umm, "it", you know, that thing we sit on sometimes.

As an angry little 15 year old, this was pretty much the only album I ever listened to. Also one of the only ones i owned...

Havn't listened to it in years, but I'm putting it on my iPod tonight.

Yeah, I think this album is great. I used to not like Freedom, but now it's one of my favorite tracks from the album. So is Know Your Enemy.
