Lonesome is one of my all time fav tracks, brings the Pendulum Man vibes hard imo

post-rock is one of those genres that im perfectly fine with only ever hearing like 2 or 3 albums

i honestly have no desire to listen to any other post rock for the rest of my life except for this album and f#a#

yeah same, there are just a few albums I keep coming back too but boy are they godly, namely Bark Psychosis, Godspeed, This, some of Mogwai's special moves, Talk Talk's Laughing Stock, eventually Thee Silver Mount Zion and of course the underrated Do Make Say Think

oh man is it a long grower but once you get there you can't drop the Spiderland bite, although I'm still unsure if I can call it post-rock; it's more like some kind of collection of noise-rock jams rendered a tad abstract and delightfully macabre. An all time odd fav

Yep this. I have a couple of go-to albums when I'm in the mood but that's about it. Like, the other day I tried giving The Earth Is Not a Cold Dead Place a listen as sort of like a last chance to see if I should keep it in my phone, but it bored the hell out of me : / . That said, I've been digging a lot of dream-poppy post-rock lately.

got any recs Key?
Farewell Poetry is a promising band, As True As Troilus is already a post-rock classic but the rest of the record is mind numbingly average imo

Oh damn, with an entry to the band where should I begin?
Here, earlier or with this years release?
