Lol come on man can we ever get past the CoF jokes?

the day the cof jokes end is the day the marrow jokes end.

which is never. :]

also i think i've drawn to the conclusion this isn't the best esoteric album, but second best. the maniacal vale just has such a captivating, airy sound that this doesn't. but i'm not disappointed. :]

"this is one of those albums that loses context without listening to the whole thing in its entirety i feel"
Quite.

"There, re-rated. My real rating is more like a low 3.0 though."
Damn social proof behavior.

If the door is shut once in sputnikhalla then the door is shut forever, so no mead, food and hanging with gods for you.

Don't mock my beliefs or I'm gonna get all kimmraged and start nonsensical arguments! js.

Well, in this case the gods would probably be staff/contributors/emeriti (or whatever the plural of emeritus is) and Jom, but still.

With good reason. That movie (and "real" vikings in general) are pretty awesome. (also Norse mythology is both amusing and awesome)

Yeah, the style going against all this "hectic" and "hasty" is pretty nice for a change. Similar to No Country For Old Men (still has a little bit more dialogues but similar style and despite the plot it comes across as almost "relaxed")
Didn't they at the end wind up in some country they didn't want to go? A bit ago since I've seen it.

Haven't seen Anti Christ though I'm also not big on religiously motivated movies. They're mostly a bit inaccurate which makes me want to hit someone. (similar to "historical" movies)
I love how NOFOM starts with this dude sitting there in some kind of desert-like landscape, trying to hunt antelopes.

Wait.. promised land and vikings? Isn't that quite contradictory? I mean if you're talking about "promised land" in a Christian sence that doesn't really go along with vikings sailing around big time since the time when they converted was quite a bit later. It seems a bit mixed up what you're saying right now since Vikings actually were Pagans in a historical sense.

Ah, now that makes more sense. Yeah, probably Saxons. That part I remember when he was kept as slave and then gets to escape with some younger guy I believe. I was just not that sure about the end (I just remember some native looking guys with what I believe was warpaint or something alike, in my memory they could've easily been aboriginies, though that would've been an odd jam)

"can anyone give me stuff exactly like esoteric that is just better. not sort of like i mean like total ripoff that is better"

One can not speak such blasphemies, it does not exist! It's like trying to improve a Reese's cup. Though if you do venture on

this journey in finding "better Esoteric", please let us know what you do happen to find that does rival this
