It's an expression. Wasn't aware of whether or not it gets thrown around up north.

this album is fun but kinda disjointed and lacking the cohesiveness that made other Opeth albums so powerful.

Inveigh I haven't heard their last five albums so I would have no idea

just took a decade or so break from listening to Opeth, ay?

^I couldn't agree more. I gave it a second chance today and once again it bored the shit out of me.

I hope they will continue to that vein. Death Metal can die alone (it has nothing left to bring to the table, so Adios). Prog forever.

"Death Metal can die alone"

Jethro you need to Behemoth your life from time to time ;-)

Possibly, but it's not my point.

That's fine. Move on past the death metal vocals and sound. I have no problem with that. What I do

have a problem with is how they're more concerned with showing off how creative they are than making a

great album. They're suffering from the same ideals now as bands like Dream Theater and Between the

Buried and Me: all style, no substance.

Listen, we want him to accept death metal, not hate it.

Lol, never heard them until a few months ago, when I decided it was essential to hear Blackwater Park and see what the hype was all about.

So true in case of this album. This album's just lacking in any kind of structure.

By the way, Behemoth is great (the last records)
