Haven't jammed this in a while, and goddamn it's still every bit as brilliant. Can't really pick a single favorite song since they're all awesome but if someone were to put a gun to my head I'd have to say Groundhog's Day.

UGh it's so addicting the way it builds up, and then it hits that groovy chorus with a fantastic odd vocal delivery with really memorable lyrics. I should probably listen to the other songs as much as this one, but I just put TMP on repeat cause it's so nice.

unsure of the correlation between Primus and Sublime but yeah Primus are sweet. I've always thought Sublime were overrated, especially their self-titled album.

I kinda view both bands and RHCP as the funk-rock trinity.

Not many bands I'd put next to Primus genre-wise. I honestly can't even name one.

Same. Used to jam this all the time in my late teens/early twenties. Need to get back on this shit.

They def had some metal elements. Larry sure knew how to riff.

Guess playing in Possessed had something to do with it.

Yeah. I always felt the subtle guitar licks were his best playing in Primus though. He really knew how to add to Les' chops without over doing it.

@Emester

Pork Soda and this are basically the same imo

Pork Soda's great but I think this beats it for me. I think I'm one of the few people who really didn't enjoy sea of cheese as much

Yeah, I kinda think StSoC is a bit overrated. Some sweet tracks for sure, but it lacks cohesion imo. I used to say it was their best back in the day tho; oh how opinions change.

Haven't jammed Pork Soda in a long time, will get on that eventually.

Pork Soda have so many memorable songs, I would have to go with Pork Soda though because it has more of my fave

Primus songs
