seeing the rest of the band come back with such a good song when that music video for my own grave dropped was epic as hell. Even having Tim there with them. I was one of the people open to seeing Tim correct course and redeem himself.

There was a definitely a "real metalcore is back" mentality when they first reunited, then Tim had to ruin it all over again.

Shaped by Fire was ok, but I don't feel any inclination to ever return to it. The whole "I've changed now and atoned for my sins" narrative gets repetitive and old (especially now that we know Tim didn't mean it), and the music is mostly just a weaker version of their older work
