isn't ocd great

I used to be one of those with inflated ratings, although I've tried to tone it down a bit

yeah, I was never really bad but I think it's much more logical to spread out your ratings than to lump them all at 4/5

most people will have more positive ratings than negative, so the easiest way to do it is to make more of the ratings offered positive than to keep it half and half.

I think i'm going to. Not many good acts come down here so it's worth it. Album still has it's moments.

There's also this button that says 'Remove Rating' that does just that. Crazy, I know.

lol wow it's been a while since I've paid any attention to removing ratings. Back in the day, if an
album had not been reviewed, the only way to delete a rating for it was to use
http://www.sputnikmusic.com/user_rating.php?remove=1&albumid=xxxxxx ... I don't know when the Remove
Rating direct link came about.

If it's always been there, that's hilarious. Because I used to give people that link when they couldn't delete their ratings and I felt pretty 1337 at the time.

The new Blut Aus Nord kicks the shit out of this record. I recommend you check it out Sea.

Eh, I wouldn't really recommend that album to anyone who doesn't have a particular liking for most black metal (as of yet at least).

Eric since I know you like screamo here are some pretty decent bands who manage to pull of the whole black metal/screamo jawn quite well

Terzij de Horde - A Rage of Rapture Against the Dying of Light (one of my personal favorites)

Miserere Luminis - Miserere Luminis

Heretoir / Thränenkind - Wiedersehen - unsere Hoffn
