Their worst! Worser than Bloodrunk, but I guess I'm really stating the obvious.

The biggest problem with Relentless Reckless Forever is indeed that problem that has plagued every Children of Bodom record that followed Hate Crew Deathroll: It's so damn boring. The instrumentation itself may be impressive, but the songwriting is insipid and dull, from start to finish. This album doesn't have a long runtime, but trudging through it from start to finish takes a Herculean amount of will. Hell, it's a struggle to get through a singe iTunes preview snippet.

I think this album receives way to much hate. It's way better than "Blooddrunk" and "Are you dead yet?". It's not really CoB's ordinary style but it still beats so much else. You just have to compare bodom to something else and not bodom to bodom.

Allright...I guess It's not WAY better than Are you dead yet?. I think all of CoB's albums are
amazing. But yes, i think RRF is better than Are You Dead Yet? I just think "Are You Dead Yet?" was
kinda bland (it was still a great album though). It just feels like RRF has way more feeling and it's
more fun to listen to even though many of the songs were slow but not in a boring and uninteresting
way. I also think the album has a bit more personality especially during the guitar solos. It's
actually kinda hard to explain but for some reason i really like this album.
