Jammed this today along with "Ultramega OK". The reason the debut gets an extra 0.5, is its cohesiveness. Although this one features some killer tracks, there's too much filler. Also, the debut sounds heavier and rawrer whereas this is more experimental and leans on the "alternative" side of metal a bit more.

I always thought UOK was much more experimental and much more scatter-brained than this one.

Is there anyone who can tell me where the intro to "loud love" belongs to? I swear to God, I heard that part of the song was used as background music in a play about the via cucis in my school but I've never had the opportunity who belonged that soundtrack

Absolutely. Ugly, Hands and Loud Love are killer tracks and the rest pretty solid.

Tbh this is a straight up classic metal release
One could even make a case for this being a heavy-as-balls hair metal banger

discog walk; revisit, pause here, such a powerhouse opener. Already feel underrated after only 2 songs. Holy hell that i love this band. Such massive grooving everywhere, so incredibly talented band.
