I hope they improve the technicality of the music in their next release, that was their only downfall on this album.
It kind of sounds like they're heading that direction from the interview.

what purpose does their image serve? attracting angsty preteen girls that love the nightmare before christmas? its clearly a gimmick for both bands, the only difference is that this band actually makes good music.

i'd hardly call wearing black skinny jeans and some goth makeup "performance art." don't get me wrong, i like these guys and i think they're a far better band than bvb, but their image obviously appeals to the same crowd. how do you know the guys in bvb wouldn't dress the way they do if they weren't in a band?
