All like me, they're coming from Montreal, Québec. Québec is a province from Canada which contains more French speaking people than anything, so you can call them French Canadians. Et voilà. Est-ce plus clair maintenant?

Haha Jethro je sais tout ça, je viens de l'Outaouais :p C'est seulement la référence au 'black metal français', la scène musicale dont il est question est celle de France, et non celle du Québec. Je ne vois donc pas le rapport entre dire que les (canadiens) français et leur scène prog étaient cool dans les années 70 et dire qu'ils écoutent du black metal maintenant, il ne s'agit pas des mêmes 'french ppl'.

I prefer calling this French prog simply because the lyrics are in French. But if you want to call it "French Canadian prog" then sure. Go for it bro.

Yeah I know, like I said (in french), it's more about the black metal bullshit (hell, I never know when Baseline is serious or not). Because 70's prog is from Québec, and 90's-00's black metal is from France: two very different french people/place.
But whatever really, the way the sentence is, it sounded like the guys from Harmonium were from the same place as the guys from Peste Noire, I just pointed out that it wasn't
