i wasnt too crazy about FRR; their self-titled was great. and I really liked BSS Presents.. Kevin Drew. i hope they've got another one in the hopper, but it doesnt look very likely.

I've never given this record as much credit as I should have
I was always very biased in favor of the front end and kinda disregarded the back but the songs near the end are actually some of the best, I think now ... and lol it was Lorde that made me want to revisit this in the first place

Put it this way. You never use a BSS album to showcase the quality of a sound system or headphone because there recorded with a bloated distorted messy feel especially in the drum sections. i think this is intended to create a unique sound, im not sure or its just real bad engineering. But I still find there music compelling and interesting and dreamy. this album in particular is a good one.

I've had this cd forever and just now am starting to enjoy it. Gotta have a little patience.
